Hello, my name is Fahri Francis and I am delighted to support Allfarthing Primary School in my role as a governor. I currently serve as the Headteacher of Franciscan Primary School and as an English SCITT Tutor for Teaching London. I bring over a decade of experience in primary education and senior leadership.
Throughout my career I have led on key strategic areas including teaching and learning, curriculum, assessment, safeguarding and inclusion. I am driven by a strong moral purpose to ensure that every child, regardless of background or need, is empowered to succeed in a school where they feel safe, valued and inspired.
I have a proven track record of school improvement, having supported a previously underperforming school in securing a strong Ofsted outcome. My leadership is rooted in empathy, equity and ambition, and underpinned by academic rigour. I have completed an MA in Child-Centred Interprofessional Practice, the NPQSL and the NPQH.
As a governor I am committed to contributing strategic thinking, support and challenge. I will draw on my current headship to strengthen the school’s vision, ensure accountability and champion inclusive, high-quality education for all pupils at Allfarthing. I believe deeply in the power of collaboration and will work in partnership with leaders, staff, families and the wider community to support the school’s continued success.

I have loved my time in Allfarthing so far and welcome this opportunity to become more involved its development and progress. Living near by, I have a good insight into the local community and look forward to developing this relationship as well.

I have one child at Allfarthing School. Since moving to Wandsworth 4 years ago, we set our sights on joining Allfarthing and we have not been disappointed. I believe the school sees continuous progress in striving for excellence and I would like to support this wherever I can, as well as making a contribution toward providing a safe and welcoming school community.
I have worked in child protection for a number of years and my passion continues to be supporting our children to become the best version of themselves, to strengthen them as individuals and to empower them with education.

Parent Governor
Term of Office – Sept 2021 - 2025
Chair of Resources Committee

As a resident of Earlsfield since 2013, I have witnessed first hand the community spirit that encompasses the area. Education and schooling are at the heart of the community and it’s a privilege to be entrusted with the future of Allfarthing School and the children’s well-being. With my son in Year 1 and my daughter due to start reception next year I am passionate about the continued improvement of the school and along with the head teacher, staff and governors we all strive for ‘outstanding’ recognition. Having held a governor role at another local school, in which I was Chair of Finance, I understand the budget tightening and difficulties involved in running a school. The key in my mind though is to have the children and staff at the centre of any school decision. Strong morale and smiling children creates the right atmosphere for learning and developing. I strive in some small way to contribute to this ongoing culture.

Hi, I am Veronica Amegah and I have recently been appointed as co-opted governor. I've got 15 years' worth of experience in the education sector, at nursery, primary and higher education levels. I currently work for City, University of London at Bayes Business School.
I hope my expertise in education, communications and being a working mother will be valuable to the school to improve communications with parents, carers and the local community. I also wish to ensure that the wellbeing of children and staff remains at the forefront of the school's priorities, as well as the children's learning, especially during times of difficulty.
I aim to represent Allfarthing diverse community within the local governing body and utilise my range of skills and experience to work alongside the excellent team at Allfarthing to improve on their high standards for all our children.

My eldest started at Allfarthing in 2021. I was delighted to be elected a parent governor in 2022.
Allfarthing is a special school that embodies the local community spirit and values. I am excited to be able to help the school continue to excel in providing the best platform for its children. I sit on the finance and curriculum committees and act as the LINK governor for curriculum, which is a fantastic opportunity to help the school continue to evolve.”

My ties to Wandsworth began in childhood, having lived and attended school in the area. When my children joined Allfarthing in December 2021, I was thrilled to become part of its welcoming community. A year later, I was honoured to be elected as your parent governor and co-Chair of the governing board.
Allfarthing’s school motto of “Excellence for all” transcends through every area of school life and the children are beacons of light because of the excellent teaching, community support and inclusion that is found here.
My drive to maintain our values, standards and a diverse representation in the school is embedded in my background in international senior leadership roles. Having worked in various countries and cultures, I bring a wealth of experience in promoting diversity and inclusion, ensuring Allfarthing remains a place where every child can thrive regardless of their background.
In addition to being the co-Chair, I sit on the curriculum and CFC committees and I am the link governor for English and Governor’s induction and training support.

I feel privileged to have joined the Allfarthing team as a governor and am excited to contribute to the school's mission of Excellence for All. My wife and I have lived in Wandsworth since 2018 and moved within a stone's throw of Allfarthing in the summer of 2024. We've been blown away by the sense of community at the school and are already looking forward to the day when our 18-month-old daughter can start!
My background is in physics and regulatory economics. I'm currently a senior civil servant at Ofgem, focused on Cyber Security. I hope my leadership experience will help bring a curiosity and healthy challenge to Allfarthing's leadership team to continue to go above and beyond.
I look forward to working with you all.
